Information you provide
We store your verified email address and name when you create an account. Service requests may include your trademark name, selected service and package, phone number, and any details or case messages you submit. Please share only information needed for the service.
How information is used
We use these details to manage your account, review your requests, communicate with you, and track service updates. Case records are available to your signed-in account and authorized team members.
Account access and cookies
Customer sign-in uses a four-digit email code. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in on this browser for up to 90 days. A different browser requires a new email code. Admin password sessions last up to 12 hours. A separate secure cookie remembers your selected package and saved checkout details for up to seven days. Signing out ends that session. Sign-in requests are limited to help protect accounts.
Service providers
The site is hosted through Sites and uses managed database storage. Resend processes email addresses and the contents of transactional messages to send account and service emails. Hosting and email providers process ordinary technical request and delivery information. Externally hosted Google fonts may also receive ordinary browser request information.
Payments and official records
Card details are not collected through the service request form. The team supplies billing instructions separately. Submitting a request starts the service review; any USPTO submission follows the agreed preparation and authorized filing process.
